Job Profile: C Sharp Developer
Reports to:Project Team Lead for current project
Location:Toronto
Description
We are seeking a talented developer with strong C# and OOP skills. You will be a key member of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of a large financial product. You must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously and take initiative.
Must Have Skills
Strong C# and .NET 3.5 programming skills
Deep understanding of how to work effectively with the framework
Strong practical OOP experience
Practical knowledge of software design best practices
Experience developing web based applications
Nice to Have Skills
ASP.NET MVC
NHibernate
Subversion
ReSharper
64-bit development
OLAP
SQL or Oracle
Practical experience with "agile" development techniques, such as TDD and Refactoring
Qualifications
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Superior organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities
Passion and commitment to continuous improvement
