Accounting Manager (based in Bermuda)
Frontier Financial Services Limited (“Frontier”) offers a full range of accounting and accounting secondment, recruitment, IT and outsourced payroll and billing services in support of a number of local and exempted companies. Frontier offers an attractive compensation package and successful candidates will be exposed to a dynamic work environment and we are currently looking for Accounting Managers.
ACCOUNTING MANAGERS
Responsibilities:
• As key members of Frontier’s management team, Frontier’s Accounting Managers are responsible for the performance of Frontier’s Accounting Services division
• Management of a team of accountants and a client portfolio
• Responsibility for hiring, training and supervision of accounting staff
• Maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business
• The ability to prepare and adhere to operating budgets and revenue forecasts
Qualifications and Experience:
• A recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) with a minimum 5 years of post qualification experience, with at least 2 years at the management level, and a record of progressive responsibility and staff management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and in building employee relationships are essential
• A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software |
