Director Of Performance Testing
Manage a team of 10-20 technical testers
Experience managing remote or offshore teams is a bonus
Working closely with the CTO and Application teams
Interfaces with clients to identify the technical testing requirements, negotiate the appropriate technical testing responses, and analyze/interpret the results of corresponding technical testing.
Directs all aspects of the technical testing discipline to ensure effective testing activities for multiple releases and projects across systems and technology, including automation, performance, capacity, threshold and recovery testing
