Business and System Analyst
Job Description:
- Analyze current business systems and process to resolve deficiencies and design new process and systems to enhance the business activities.
- Design and enhance reports for different business functions including marketing, marketing and operations.
- Provide first level system support to business users and relay problems to technical support team.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related fields.
- Technical and Functional proficiency with SQL (preferably MS-SQL)
- Requries a combination of technical skills including HTML, CSS and XML
- Knowledge and experience with Report Generation Tools (preferably SQL Report Builder)
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Ability to understand and prioritize user and business requirements and to conceptualize information processing solutions in response to them.
- Ability to analyze scope and define work effort required to correct program deficiencies and problems.
- Ability to plan and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
