Summary
Reporting to the CSA Chief Information Officer, the PMO Manager will lead the CSA IT Systems Office Project Management Office and will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple interdependent IT-enabled projects associated with the evolution and renewal of the CSA national systems applications and infrastructure. The PMO manager will provide day-to-day management, leadership, direction and administration of transformation projects and system integration initiatives. Working with both individual commission business and IT leads, the PMO manager will develop processes and structures to successfully manage and report on the planned portfolio of projects. The PMO manager will have responsibility for achieving project business objectives and delivering solutions within time/cost constraints and will be responsible for the oversight of all dedicated project managers, both internal and external assigned to specific initiatives in this program.

You offer:
Education
• University degree education
• Masters Business Administration preferred
• Project Management course accreditations
• Knowledgeable on PMBOK/PMI frameworks, processes and techniques
Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in an IT project management role;
• Extensive, hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide business/IT transformation programs across a full project lifecycle
• Demonstrated knowledge and a proven record in a program management office environment;
• Demonstrated experience in managing third party solution providers
• Experience with cost/benefit analysis, including managing and tracking costs
Skill Requirements:
