Event Marketing Specialist/Webcast Producer

Streamlogics, one of North America's leading providers of webcasting applications and services, is currently expanding its Canadian and US organization to help facilitate the company's aggressive growth plans.
Founded in 1999, Streamlogics supports over 500 customers situated throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe. The company's products and services are now used by many Fortune 1000 firms to deliver mission critical messages on a daily basis.
Streamlogics is in search of an Event Specialist at our global headquarters located in Toronto. Our team is comprised of highly motivated and passionate individuals, and we are in search of likeminded people to join our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide pre and post sales support for webcast and web development projects
• Provide Sales and Marketing Support for Value Added Services
• Develop and manage both short and long term project plans
• Build internal and external virtual teams to facilitate webcasts
• Provision and coordinate third party vendor services
• Manage internal resources to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management, Customer Service and/or Audio Visual Production
• Strong attention to detail, while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Outstanding relationship building skills
• Intensely service driven
• Understanding of HTML
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Ability to work independently in a faced paced environment
• Experience in Event Planning, an asset
EDUCATION
BA or BS required
