ActionScript 3.0 Guru
We are currently seeking an AS3 GURU, someone experienced in e-Learning, XML and SCORM.
You will be working with an award winning team of designers, animators, and flash developers. This is a position for someone who thinks he can bring something more to the table and help us create stunning flash pieces, while maintaining the ability for quick and easy edits. Dynamic Object Oriented code is a must. Creating libraries of reusable elements to increase production speed on the old, and allow time for the new.

Your roll:
Building, editing, and advancing e-Learning solutions (OOP, XML)
Creating modular programs that can be used over several projects
Working with creative designers to bring forth the products of their dreams
Working with other flash developers by incorporating their animations with your code
Coming in on time and on budget with few edits
Consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
Qualifications:
* 4+ years experience developing web-based multimedia projects.
* Strong knowledge and experience with ActionScript 3.0
* Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and programming design patterns and their applications/limitations.
*Strong experience using XML.
* Ability to balance workload and deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Good knowledge of supporting programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, audio, and video);
* Good eye for design and composition.
Bonus (You must know ActionScript 3.0):
* Experience with any of the following are a plus: Flex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL, Flash globalization, e-commerce, and C++.
* Deep experience integrating Flash applications with server applications and databases
* Database design and implementation experience
