Position Profile: This is a challenging role, requiring a great deal of motivation and initiative offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a leading transportation company. Our Driver Recruiter is responsible for ensuring all Company goals and objectives are met for drivers in the Eastern region. This will be accomplished by ensuring the best professional drivers and owner operators are recruited and retained. You will utilize you abilities to form strong relationships allowing you to effectively promote the driver program to candidates, pre-screening and interviewing all potential hires. Our Recruiters ensure that the overall standards of our safety and compliance programs are met, as they apply to new and potential hires and play a key role in retention by strengthening and maintaining solid working relationships with our drivers. As a key member of our team, our Recruiters engage in competitive market research to ensure that we remain competitive in the market place as well as various other projects and activities as required.

Candidate Profile: You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills wanting to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company. You thrive in and are looking for a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships. Your ability to sell, demonstrated recruiting experience along with your knowledge of the Transport Industry will be key to your success in this position.
