Emergency Assistance Coordinators - French Speaking (After Hours)
Are you French speaking? Is it important for you to assist others in distress?
We are recruiting for French-speaking Emergency Assistance Coordinators, a “first response” team whose focus is managing hospitalizations, assisting travelers calling from worldwide locations and acting as a liaison with family, doctors, medical facilities and insureds. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to deal calmly with emergency situations are essential.
This essential support group balances administration responsibilities with strong customer service abilities. The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and enjoy working closely with team members to provide the highest level of around-the-clock service to the traveling public.
Skills and qualifications preferred include:
• Exposure to or training in a medical field (paramedic, or other ancillary medical training) beneficial
• Flexibility in scheduling required – available primarily for graveyard shifts, evenings and weekends
• Above average skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Out Look, etc).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
