Renovations Manager (Re-Roofing Division)
Experience/Skills required: Must have strong managament and people skills. Must be a good motivator. Must have experience in roofing construction and sound knowledge of the financial aspects of a business. Good computer skills required.
Duties: The supervision and motivation of 5 to 6 salesmen, 8 to 10 production/service staff, 1 administrative support person and numerous subcontractor crews. Responsible for the management of daily operations and production (non-unionized shop). Taking care of all financials relating to the business. Make sure that sales targets are met.
Industry: Construction (Manufacturing and installation of roofing products).
Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 (includes bonus + incentives) |
