IT Support Specialist
IT Support Specialist to be responsible for delivering, supporting and maintaining systems. Nice to have marketing and customer service experience.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Strong technical skills, search engine optimization, web trends analytics;
- Significant experience with deployment and support of application and/or infrastructure technology in a multi platform environment.
- Problem diagnoses and resolution of MS SQL Server, Oracle; Database modeling and tuning.
- Experience in Windows Networking.
- Knowledge of customer support would be an asset. |
