I.T. Support Technician
Excellent opportunity with expanding company.
Summary of Responsbilities
Responsible for providing data center support for servers, LAN, WAN, Network equipment, and other infrastructure systems.
Identify, study, and resolve technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
Configure Dell/IBM/HP servers, CISCO and Nortel Equipment.
Set-up server O/S including Windows 2000 - 2003 servers and linux.
Maintain active directory/Exchange 2003, DNS/WINS, DCHP, Firewalls, DMZ.
Monitor and analyze network traffic, diagnose bottlenecks and network upgrades as required.
Set up and install hardware, software, servers, switches, routers and printers.
Ideal candidate will possess a dipolma or degree in information technology with 1-2 years experience.
Must be willingly to learn and show strong intitative.
