Sales Rep
Experience/Skills required: A university degree or college diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years recent outside sales experience preferably in any service oriented industries.
Duties: Working from a home office, the incumbent’s mandate is to solicit new business (80% cold calling & 20% trade shows) in the food services industry, selling a full line of food service items (i.e. plastic & foam containers, cups, trays & cutlery) through paper distributors and institutional wholesalers to restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes and institutional feeding outlets such as schools & colleges. As a new sales rep progressing in the company’s training program, the incumbent will be expected to make sales of new items to present distributors and to establish new distribution channels as required.
Industry/Client: Food service industry. Reputable and well-established organization based in the U.S.A. – employing over 150 sales representatives. Services customers throughout North America, United Kingdom, Australia, South America & Mexico.
Location: Working from your home based office to cover the Toronto East region (Geographical territory is: Yonge St. East to Kingston, Peterborough to Newmarket).
Salary range: Depending on your sales experience the base salary range is $47,000-$59,000 + Company Car + annual performance bonus + all business expenses paid + full medical benefits (100% paid by Co.) + Pension Plan. |
