You:
A born problem solver and a PHP/MySQL guru; your strong understanding of OOP methodologies will guide you as you implement intricate solutions and troubleshoot/debug problems with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with PHP/MySQL to build application of all types (ecomm, cms, tracking systems, custom, etc)
- Willing to help in Flash and Flex development
Technical Qualifications:
- Must exhibit strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of various PHP framework, especially the symfony framework
- 3+ years building PHP/MySQL applications
- 1-2 years working with ActionScript (AS2/AS3)
- Knowledge of a variety of other technologies, i.e. SOAP, AMF, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Bash Scripting, Linux
Other Qualifications:
- Most importantly, must be willing to work under tight deadlines!
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-evident adaptability and a quick learner!
- Posses high tolerance for stress and ability to work to tight deadlines under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems
- Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly and absorb new information like a sponge, in both the technical and the business realm
Period & Term:
We're looking for someone immediately. We're looking for a full time candidate who is willing to grow with the company. This is going to be 3 month contract, initially.
