Web Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Conduct tracking, trend analysis and reporting of daily visitor behaviour for websites.
• Define and establish targets for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that drive the greatest business impact.
• Work with the Database Marketing team to create holistic dashboards for senior leadership and the marketing team that provide insight into site performance and areas of opportunity for the business.
• Provide data driven recommendations for website changes that maximize marketing ROI through improved Client engagement, conversion and search engine optimization.
• Collaborate with external partners such as our Media Buying agency to assist with data collection and reporting
• Lead driving core insights from the data that drive fundamental site improvements through the development and execution of multivariate and A/B testing.
• Ensure marketing programs are measurable and directly aligned with the strategic priorities of the business.
• Assist with defining solutions for strategic online marketing and business optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with Media Buying agency and Database Marketing team to ensure all demand generation activities have identified success criteria and tracking.
• Assist in realizing and recognizing ROI from WebTrends, Google Analytics and DoubleClick products and services.
• Leverage "best practices" in online reporting.
• Make tangible business insights of the data and information being collected.
• To generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable analysis, insight and recommendations.
• Lead development of senior management dashboards and presentations.
• Website behaviour and Client experience analysis.
• Data consolidation and validation.
• Coordinating website tagging and tracking parameter implementations.

Requirements:
• Passion for online marketing and web analytics.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• University Degree, Math / Business / Digital discipline preferred
• At least three to four years of experience working with the WebTrends, Google Analytics and other web measurement technologies.
• Exposure to DoubleClick (DART).
