Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (French/English)

Scope of Position: To enter Personal Care Plans into the database, verify Personal Care Plans, fax and/or mail information to subscribers and programs related to Data Entry, and answer Data Entry related phone inquiries.

Responsibilities:
•Sort incoming faxes and distribute them to appropriate individuals
•Enter appropriate data for installations, changes, cancellations, unit changes and personal help button changes
•Verify information that has been entered into the database
•Transmit documents to programs by fax
•Answer Data Entry related telephone calls
•Refill fax machines and printers with paper
•Make photocopies when needed
•File documents
•Make photocopies of controlled sheets, new installation forms, change forms and cancellation forms
•Empty recycling boxes at the end of the shift

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
•Secondary education
•Previous Data Entry experience an asset

General Skills and Knowledge
•Bilingual (French/English) is required
•Detail-oriented
•Excellent typing skills
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Windows and with customer database systems
•Able to work flexible and off-peak hours
