Our Company is a rapidly growing commercial food manufacturer located in Concord, Ontario, on the fringe of Toronto. We produce premium bakery and grocery products for conventional North American supermarkets and large discount merchandisers. We are dedicated to producing low-cost, premium-quality, tasty, healthier-for-you baked goods. Our emphasis on quality & consistency have made us to grow in the last 6 years and aiming to grow further.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a self starter, proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide outstanding support to a busy senior executive team.

Position responsibilities:

• Provide executive administrative support directly to Senior Management
• Prepares confidential correspondence for Senior Management
• Coordinates calendar and schedule management, external and internal meetings and conference calls
• Prepares correspondence, documents, letters and memos electronically on behalf of senior management
• Organizes set-up for internal and external meetings ensuring all requirements are met, such as catering, audio-visual equipment, presentation tools
• Reviews monthly invoices to ensure accuracy

Required Experience/Skills:

• Post-secondary education (College or University) coupled with a minimum of 2 years related working experience directly supporting senior management level
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity in an environment requiring absolute discretion and mature judgment
• Personal maturity and a professional, polished presentation
• Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, planning, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of staff within the company, as well as professionally handling inquiries from clients, guests and suppliers
• High degree of attention to detail with ability to deal with confidential information
• Pro-active and results oriented approach coupled with the ability to truly thrive in a fast paced office environment
• Adaptable with a strong sense of urgency for completing tasks/ deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours on occasion to meet challenging deadlines
