Bilingual ( English/French) Customer Service Representative
Our well established client, located in Mississauga, is looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English and French).
In this role, you will receive and respond to all inbound inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Perform return outbound calls to messages left on queue voicemail and personal mailbox. Perform outbound calls to the field at month-end to resolve problem orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluently Bilingual English and French – excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service role
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills |
