Bilingual Inbound Sales (French/English)
Objectives of Position:
The objective of the Bilingual Inbound Customer Sales Rep is to sell Lifeline services over the phone and grow revenue and improve service margins.
Key Job Functions:
Respond to inbound telephone inquiries regarding Lifeline products and services; provide accurate information and assist caller in choosing appropriate service. Close sale.
Meet/exceed sales quota by using consultative sales methods/customer focused selling.
Meet/exceed quality measures.
Keep up-to-date with all marketing promotions.
Collect information from the caller and process all required documentation inclucing entering caller subscriber information into the database while talking to the customer on the phone.
Transfer all calls unrelated to sales to the appropriate department/group.
Collect referral source information from callers and communicate this information to Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and other departments as appropriate in order to enhance Lifeline's Sales and Marketing efforts.
Job Specifications:
Education:
4 year BS/BA degree or equivalent related work experience preferred with 2 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales in a high transaction environment.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of successful inbound telesales in a call center preferred.
Demonstrated record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets monthly/quarterly
Desire to work in a performance driven environment
