Sales and Contract Specialist
The Sales and Contract Specialist will function as an integral part of the business supporting all departments to provide quality internal and external information.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards/scorecards.
Must be highly proficient with Excel.
Monitor all English Websites to identify requests for Proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI/RFEOIs)
Work with sales, marketing and customer service to ensure timely submission of completed proposals.
Support growth of Corporate Accounts
Faciliate price listing.
Support Sales Management through sales funnel forecasting.
Administrative duties required for large projects.
Related Experience requirements:
Advanced analytical skills and high level of competency in related IT packages.
Previous experience in sales, marketing and administration.
Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience working in the medical industry would be an asset.
Bilingual (French/English would be an asset).
