Job Overview
- With our main focus being after-sales support for our newest small engine products, this position requires you to be capable of dealing with customer inquiries, dynamic problem solving and assisting with part orders.
- You will be managing a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) which you will use as an integral part of your day to add new and find registered customers, as well as locate customer service centres on our Canada-wide mapping system.
- Working closely with the shipping and receiving department, you will relay customer orders and help process shipping requests.
- Public transit accessible (Brampton Transit & TTC)
- Full training is provided upon your commitment to join our great team
Requirements
- Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft XP operating system, Quickbooks (basic) and Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- People Skills: Capable of interacting with customers to carry out customer support issues in various areas
- Strong time-management and organizational skills an asset
- Basic knowledge and experience in credit card processing
- Telephone and E-mail communication skills a must
- Previous customer-support experience an asset
- Full time commitment (9AM-5PM)
