Financial Services Administrative Assistant



Our client, a large financial firm in the downtown core, is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support a team of professionals within investment finance.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience providing support to either a large team of professional level staff and/or experience providing one on one support at the executive level. Day-to-day responsibilities will include extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, processing expenses, interacting with internal and external associates and clients, answering departmental phone lines, preparing written and presentation material and managing a number of databases.



If you have a university degree in a business related discipline, a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, strong skills in MS Office 2007 and the flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis this may be the position for you.



The chosen candidate will be rewarded with a salary up to $53,000, paid overtime, full benefits on day one and 3 weeks vacation to start.
