We are a Commercial Realty Corporation, based in downtown Toronto. We are a new aggressive brokerage looking for rising stars and those individuals who want to take their career to the next level.

While the brokerage may be new we have over 26 years experience in the industry. We provide an entire division dedicated to online marketing and lead generation. This division will provide you with workable leads daily while also supporting any new business you prospect independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage Commercial Prospects and Clients (Buyers, Sellers and Investors) while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our organization within the industry.
You will be expected to:
- Work with and convert qualified commercial leads that we will provide in abundance.
- Prepare purchase and sale agreement and lease offers
- Set monthly sales targets and goals
- Install and maintain company signage when necessary
- Prepare/write property descriptions
- Negotiate with clients
- Maintain solid sales records using our internal CRM(database)
- Ensure high degree of customer service and client relationships
Required:
2 years of proven commercial sales experience
within a Commercial Brokerage or equivalent
- Knowledge of the real estate market with a valid real estate license (mandatory)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- knowledge of computer applications and internet
