Staffing Specialist
Position Summary:
As a Staffing Specialist you will develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies based on an understanding of current market and customer needs, attract new business opportunities, service and retain existing clients to build and expand relationships. This position will also require the Staffing Specialist to negotiate service provisions through knowledge of the company's products and services as well as perform in person service calls with existing clients on a regular basis.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you have a clear desire to achieve sales in line with the company's strategic direction. You are results focused and able to meet deadlines. You have a proven passion for providing exceptional customer service and an entrepreneurial nature with high energy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Customer service and results orientated
Proactive, resourceful with a sense of urgency, quality and detail
Good decision-making and judgment skills
Proven ability to communicates in a clear, concise and fluent manner both verbally and in writing
Experience working in cooperation with others to achieve objectives
Proven relationship-building skills
Proficient computer skills in MS Office and e-mail applications.
Previous experience working in the employment services field preferred
Minimum of two years customer service experience
Previous sales experience would be an asset
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred
